Job Description
The Merchandise Leader will support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards, and will drive killer Floorset execution, merchandising, and replenishment. They will also support the team in understanding AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment, and ensure store safety standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution
- Ensure the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards
- Support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the team understands how to maintain AEO Brand Standards
- Ensure store safety standards are maintained
