Job Description
As the Merchandise Leader, you will be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store is always representative of AEO Brand Standards. You will drive killer Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to provide an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements
- Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader
- Drive killer Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team
- Ensure the store stays in tip-top shape by owning day to day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment
