Job Description
As a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in.
Requirements
- Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for
- Be passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on product details
- Share the brand love and introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- Be able to hang in different zones and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom
- Be an innovative problem solver and proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy
- Be a team player and assist the team in getting the job done
- Have integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures
