Job Description
As the Store Team Leader, you will be the CEO of your store, responsible for maximizing daily operations, developing a strong team, and making strategic decisions to drive business results. You will also be responsible for creating, managing, and owning your store's business plan, and for recruiting, hiring, and retaining a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail management experience
- Previous experience leading functional teams
- Business acumen and ability to analyze reporting to drive sales
- Effective communication and conflict management skills
- Flexible availability to work when guests shop
