The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for managing, auditing, and validating payroll calculations performed by a third-party provider, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws in Mexico.
Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact with the payroll provider
- Perform preventive and corrective audits of payroll closures
- Ensure accurate calculation of income tax withholdings, workers' compensation contributions, and local payroll tax
- Generate reports on labor costs and payroll variations
- Collaborate with the Finance Controller to ensure accurate accounting recording of payroll
- Resolve complex queries from employees regarding their pay stubs and termination payments
