The Compliance Coordinator will support the daily operations of the Company’s Ethics & Compliance program, overseeing the intake, analysis, and reporting of ethics concerns, and ensuring the timely review and distribution of corporate policies. The role will also involve assisting with compliance training initiatives and working with cross-functional departments to support various compliance-related projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google products, with preferred advanced skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high proficiency in prioritization, organization, and attention to detail
- Skilled in delivering succinct, business-friendly verbal and written communication
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and engage in different substantive aspects of the business everyday
- Using good judgement and discretion when dealing with sensitive situations and confidential information
