Director / Manager Operations - USA (m/f/d)

Lead the development and implementation of turnaround and optimization strategies based on Lean Management principles to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance quality. Conduct process and value stream analyses, establish a leadership culture, and implement measures to integrate production processes and optimize communication structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, technical business administration, or related field
• 5-10 years of professional experience in consulting or industry, with focus on OpEx projects
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Management methods and experience with Six Sigma
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
