Job Description
We are hiring a Manufacturing Estimator who understands the complexities of CNC machining production and can provide accurate quotes for aerospace components. The role is on-site in Euless, TX and works closely with the shop floor, engineering, quality, and purchasing to produce input for competitive quotes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of estimating experience in a manufacturing environment; aerospace machining required
- Hands-on understanding of CNC machining production (you know how routing/time standards translate on the floor)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs, working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Strong grasp of cost drivers: labor, machine time, material, tooling, overhead, outside processing, inspection/documentation
- Comfortable working in an ERP/MRP system and Excel
- Strong communication skills—able to defend assumptions and collaborate cross-functionally
