Senior Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer

AERMOR is seeking a Senior Test and Evaluation (T&E) Engineer to support developmental and operational testing of complex systems.

Requirements

• Develop and implement Integrated Evaluation Frameworks (IEF) to support test objectives
• Plan, coordinate, and execute developmental and operational test events
• Perform test data analysis and produce detailed reports with actionable recommendations
• Develop Test Plans, Test Reports, and supporting technical documentation
• Support Modeling & Simulation (M&S) activities, including development of Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) packages
• Apply analytical methodologies to evaluate system performance across multiple domains
• Ensure compliance with DoD and Navy acquisition and testing policies
• Brief test results, analysis findings, and operational impacts to stakeholders and senior decision-makers
• Lead test teams and provide technical guidance to junior personnel
