Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer

Role Overview

Provide Engineering Support Services to Engineers and Subject Matter Experts in support of the Conventional Prompt Strike (CPS) Program under the Department of Navy. Position is hybrid, onsite with occasional telework each week.

What You Will Do

Provide technical support for hardware testing, software testing, modeling and simulation, and flight-testing. Assist in the development of the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and equivalent documents.

Ideal candidate will have Test & Eval Engineering experience as well as Program Office knowledge and understanding for Financials/budgeting and costing as well as the five phases of the Acquisition path.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 11 years of professional/internship engineering experience
• Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of professional experience
• Active Secret level clearance and ability to sustain a Top Secret with SCI access
• US Citizenship
• MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) experience
• Excellent communication written and oral
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze information, identify biases, evaluate evidence and tolerate ambiguity
