3+ years of inside sales leadership experience, Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and coaching capability, excellent communication and negotiation skills
Machine Operator - Metal Fabrication
High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience, and Plasma CAM experience required
Manufacturing Technician
High school diploma, 2-3 years of manufacturing experience, and experience with fabrication, welding, and assembly required
Quality Inspector
2 years of experience in quality control, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication and teamwork abilities
Maintenance & Facilities Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; 5+ years of experience in maintenance and facilities management; Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or similar credentials preferred
Inventory Specialist
High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 years of experience in inventory management or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment; proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems
Aluminum Welder
2-3 years of manufacturing-related experience, 2-3 years of aluminum welding in a production environment, strong ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
