Machine Operator - Metal Fabrication

Aero Industries, Inc. is a global leader in the manufacturing of tarp systems and trailer accessories. They're looking for a dependable and skilled Machine Operator to join their production team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used to cut and shape materials, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience in a related manufacturing or machine operation role
• Plasma CAM experience required
• Working knowledge of basic computer operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Proficiency in reading tape measures and setting up dies
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate powered cutting and material-handling equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and repeatedly twist/bend/kneel/climb/pull/reach/stretch/feel
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to read 8ths and 16ths on a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Clear and effective communication skills
