Job Description
Aeroflow Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer with 8+ years of experience in building maintenance or facilities engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems maintenance and engineering, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building operations. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage preventive maintenance programs, and respond quickly to building issues.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building maintenance or facilities engineering
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification or ability to get certified within first 90 days
- Strong communication and intrapersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance, safety, and operational excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions
