Job Description
Aeroflow Health is seeking a Payer Relations/Managed Care Associate to support payer-facing initiatives, manage relationships, and translate payer requirements into actionable guidance for internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to grow within payer relations and healthcare operations.
Requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with existing payer partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategies aligned with health plan goals
- Act as a liaison between payer partners and Aeroflow's sales, marketing, and operational teams
- Manage key operational processes through internal systems and payer portals
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities to improve payer partnership performance
- Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality
