Senior Fullstack Engineer

AERONES, a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead their engineering team and own their platform architecture. The successful candidate will lead a team of backend and frontend developers, drive platform decisions, and pioneer AI-native development practices.

Requirements

• Own technical architecture and drive platform decisions (Django, React, GraphQL, PostgreSQL)
• Lead the team while staying hands-on — building features, reviewing code, fixing critical issues
• Establish AI-augmented development workflows and train the team on AI coding agents
• Manage releases, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker-based workflows
• Coordinate with product, operations, finance, and DevOps teams
• Set code quality standards, testing requirements, and development processes
