Accounts Payable Clerk

The Accounts Payable position will work within the company’s Accounting Department and be primarily responsible for working with vendor purchase orders and invoices and assuring that suppliers and vendors are paid on time.

Requirements

• Prior Experience in AP in a similar sized organization
• Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of effective, detailed record keeping and document management
• Must be timely, efficient and well organized in job related tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook & Excel)
• Experience working in a small business environment a plus
