Engineering Project Management Intern (Freshman/Sophomore)

AeroSpec is seeking a high-potential Engineering Project Management Intern to work directly with executive leadership and support active client programs. The internship involves supporting project managers in building and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and tracking tools, participating in customer meetings, presentations, and site visits, and coordinating across engineering and project teams to ensure alignment on scope, timing, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
• Strong interest in project management, operations, or technical program leadership
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data organization
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Freshman or Sophomore standing preferred
• Available to work 20 hours/week during the school year and 30+ hours/week in the summer
