Job Description
Candidate will work with the HEDIS team to collect member records and conduct reviews of these records by contacting providers and placing the results collected into a specific database. Travel will be required, and all travel will be reimbursed.
Requirements
- EMR experience
- Ability to travel (all reimbursed)
- RN/LPN/CMA certification
- Follow up on requested medical records with providers
- Attend training and pass assessments
- Work closely with the accreditation department
