Job Description
AeroVect is looking for a talented mechatronics and robotics engineer to own all mechanical and electrical aspects of their autonomous vehicle demonstrator platform. The engineer will be responsible for building vehicle sensing and actuation hardware capabilities in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
Requirements
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, including fabrication, design, and metalworking
- Experience with electrical distribution, logic, and signal processing/manipulation
- Familiarity with electrical distribution, PCB assembly, modifications and repairs to SMT boards
- High-performing power electronics experience
- Thorough understanding of DFM, DFA, DFT, and DFR principles for both mechanical and electrical systems
