Mid-Level Systems Engineer

AV Inc. is seeking highly motivated System Engineers to join our prime contract. Members of this team perform ranging System Engineering activities at the organization level and work with multiple product teams to develop best practices and common System Engineering threads across related projects.

Requirements

• Applying systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases
• Interacting with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations
• Communicating with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives
• Use the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) agile methodology to deliver value to the mission
• Performing systems engineering activities and assisting in the preparation of work products in Technical Process Areas associated with the ISO/IEC 15288
• Analyzing technical alternatives for a project and making preliminary recommendations
• Developing and delivering work products in any of the ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas
• Presenting SE frameworks to the team and government leadership
• Researching & Developing to include creating documentation, reports and presentations
