Job Description
The Senior Program Manager/Product Manager will oversee the execution of complex programs, including cost, schedule, and scope/technical performance. Responsibilities include working with Product Line Managers, Functional Leads, and customers to define program planning, top-down requirements definition, and cost/schedule/scope estimating. The Senior PM will also ensure customer alignment, manage internal and external overall customer satisfaction, and identify and manage all program-level risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering related field is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in Program Management
- Experience leading teams on advanced technical development programs and/or technical systems-of-systems development programs
- Proven track record of leading multiple, concurrent programs
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)
