The primary role of the System Administrator is to manage and support mission-critical IT infrastructure. This role involves day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across Windows and UNIX systems.
Requirements
- Provide Tier I and II IT support and problem resolution.
- Manage client/server/storage/network infrastructure.
- Configure and manage RedHat Linux and Windows systems.
- Support vulnerability management using Nessus.
- Handle STE/STN scoring and documentation.
- Maintain POA&Ms and patch systems based on security and functional parameters.
- Collaborate with hardware vendors on system specs and refreshes.
- Analyze escalated issues and provide actionable feedback.
