Data Analyst

Aerzen USA Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to support data quality, reporting, and process improvement across our global manufacturing organization. The role involves working closely with process owners, operational leaders, and technical resources to identify data issues, understand their root causes, and support corrective and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for understanding how & why data issues occur
• Basic working knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power Query, or business intelligence tools such as Power BI
• Ability to communicate effectively across cultures & collaborate with multilingual teams
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Creative and flexible when dealing with different varieties of projects and problems
