Apprentissage technicien maintenance (H/F)

Join AESC Douai and become a key player in the development and production of high-performance lithium-ion batteries. As a Maintenance Technician Trainee, you will be trained in the technician maintenance trade and have several positions available depending on your skills.

Requirements

• Regularly examine equipment to identify signs of malfunction or wear, and perform routine checks.
• Perform simple repairs, such as replacing defective parts, tightening loose screws, basic welding, etc.
• Identify the causes of failures or malfunctions, using diagnostic tools, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, etc.
• Adjust equipment to ensure their efficiency and availability.
• Follow a preventive maintenance plan by performing regular checks.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and necessary supplies for maintenance, and issue requests for spare parts.
• Report to the GMAO, the repairs performed, the parts replaced, and consult the maintenance procedures followed.
• Respect the current safety standards, wear the necessary protective equipment, and follow safety protocols.
