Electrical and Automation Superintendent

Oversee electrical and automation systems onboard vessels, manage maintenance programs, and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical and automation roles, preferably within the offshore OSV/ Subsea / DSV industry.
• Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, automation technologies, and relevant safety standards.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance programs and leading technical teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and digital tools used in the industry.
• Willingness to travel and work onboard vessels as required.
