Job Description
The Head of Producing will lead a team of Producers and Project Managers to drive production activities and deliver games to the highest quality standards. The role requires a strong leader with entrepreneurial thinking, structured leadership, and execution mindset to build robust production pipelines and processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in game production or project leadership within the games industry
- Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary production teams and managing Producers and/or Project Managers
- Strong understanding of both agile and hybrid development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, waterfall integration)
- Highly structured mindset, capable of developing, communicating, and executing detailed production plans
