Job Description
The Lead Unreal Engine Programmer will provide strategic and operational leadership of the Programming Department while keeping a solid understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and C++.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in games and/or software engineering
- Minimum 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
- Solid knowledge of C++
- Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of software architecture and modern development workflows
- Strategic thinking and hands-on technical skills
