Parts Puller

A yard parts puller is responsible for identifying, locating, and removing automotive parts from damaged or salvaged vehicles, ensuring efficient inventory management and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of automotive repair or mechanical experience
• Forklift Certificate
• Ability to drive yard vehicles
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Ability to properly use hand and power tools to disassemble vehicles and remove parts
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to work effectively alone or with others in a team environment
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to meet timelines and schedules
