Calibration Specialist, Mechanical

Join Aetos Systems, Inc. as a Mechanical Calibration Technician to work on calibrating and repairing physical, mechanical, and dimensional measuring and test equipment at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. This is a represented staff position with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to pass a NASA background investigation.
• Must be able to pass an initial and random drug testing.
• Ability to use a personal computer in the performance of automated calibration processes and for workload management and tracking as required.
• Must have and maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Requires US DOD Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Certification or equivalent.
• Or Five (5) or more years of experience in calibration in an aerospace environment.
