Job Description
We are looking for a Middle Software Engineer to build and scale marketing automation processes, reduce manual work, and operational costs. You will work closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Knowledge of modern frameworks
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP 8
- Solid experience with MySQL
- Experience working with Redis
- Understanding and experience with queues, jobs, and events
- Good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and common design patterns
- Understanding and experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Experience with DDD (desired)
- Highly autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership without constant guidance
- Proactive and don't wait for perfect or fully defined requirements
- Can clearly communicate with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical decisions in simple terms
- Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment where processes are still being built
- Can prioritize effectively and balance delivery speed with code quality
