appflame is a Ukrainian product IT company that creates world-class products. They are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join their AdConnect team, which specializes in building platforms for communication and SaaS solutions for traffic management and user retention.

Requirements

• Minimum experience in independent traffic purchasing (will be a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data
• Developed communication skills and willingness to negotiate with partners, defend their point of view, and propose new launch options
• Initiative, proactivity, and ability to generate and implement ideas
• English language not lower than Upper-Intermediate
• Desire to seek answers and alternative approaches independently
• Personal achievements that will be backed up by specific results or certificates
