The Marketing Director for Affidea UK & Ireland is responsible for shaping and executing the marketing, brand, and communications strategy across the three regions. This senior leader will drive growth across out of hospital care, diagnostic imaging and outpatient services, strengthen the Affidea brand, support revenue expansion, and enhance patient, referrer, and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver a multi-market marketing strategy aligned with Affidea’s commercial, clinical, and operational goals.
- Oversee internal and external communications, PR, media relations, and crisis-communication protocols.
- Lead marketing support for new clinic openings, rebrands, acquisitions, and corporate announcements.
- Drive digital marketing strategy, including website optimisation, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social engagement.
- Lead market growth initiatives to increase patient volumes, referral pathways, and partnerships across the UK, NI, and ROI.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and healthcare policy shifts to identify commercial opportunities.
- Protect and strengthen the Affidea brand across all markets, ensuring global brand consistency with local-market relevance.
- Enhance online patient acquisition funnels and digital referral pathways.
- Oversee analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards to improve ROI.
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and Clinical teams to support revenue growth targets.
- Develop marketing campaigns to drive GP referrals, consultant engagement, corporate health partnerships, and self-pay patient conversion.
- Support strategic bids, tender responses, and corporate relationships with health insurers and NHS/HSE partners.
- Ensure marketing initiatives support Affidea’s high-quality patient experience standards.
- Contribute to referrer engagement strategies, educational content, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multi-market marketing team.
- Manage budgets, agencies, suppliers, and cross-functional project groups.
- Promote a culture of innovation, evidence-based decision making, and continuous improvement.
