Patient Administrator

The Affidea Group is seeking experienced Patient Administrators to join their teams in Northside Dublin Clinics. The role involves managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting clinical staff, and delivering excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems (e.g., RIS, PACS)
