The Affidea Group is seeking an experienced Patient Administrator to join our team in Naas for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role involves managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting clinical staff, and delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Patient Coordination: Greet and assist patients in person, by phone, or via email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Administrative Support: Maintain and organize patient files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
