Payroll Specialist

The Affidea Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the payroll function within their ROI business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, accurate, and reliable payroll service.

Requirements

• IPASS qualification (or equivalent) is essential
• Minimum of 3 years' payroll experience within a large organisation (300+ employees)
• Strong working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and taxation
• Experience with Sage Payroll (Micropay)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable handling employee queries professionally
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
