Engineering Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in developing features and improvements to the Affinidi Elements product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.

Requirements

• Experience with a proven track record of leading engineering teams delivering production-quality products in fast-paced, global environments.
• Strong leadership skills in setting vision, fostering autonomy, mentoring, and driving collaboration across global, fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on technical leader with strong coding skills and a pragmatic approach—able to balance direct contribution with strategic delegation.
• Experience in diagnosing and preventing performance and optimization issues, and passionate about scaling knowledge through mentorship.
• Experience with clean architecture, CI/CD, testing best practices, and coding standards.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React; Familiarity with other languages like Rust, Dart, or Go is a plus.
