Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack (m/f/d)

Affinidi is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack to join their team. The role involves developing features and improvements to the Affinidi Elements product using Typescript & React. The ideal candidate should have experience with performance and optimization problems, cloud computing, and designing/developing microservices in the cloud.

Requirements

• Develop features and improvements to the Affinidi Elements product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way, primarily using Typescript & React.
• Analyze and interpret highly complex data to arrive at actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering (e.g. UX) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced and iterative environment
• Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance
• Solve technical problems with large scope and complexity
• Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale systems environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.
• Mentor other engineers, contribute to team and organizational improvements in processes and tooling.
