Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help design and build scalable systems that power our products and platform. In this role, you will contribute to architectural decisions, lead key technical initiatives, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver high-impact features.
Requirements
- Design and build scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies
- Develop and maintain APIs and backend services that support product functionality
- Build reusable frontend components and contribute to shared UI libraries
- Improve and modernize existing systems to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor engineers and support the professional growth of teammates
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Support reliable deployments by debugging issues and collaborating with DevOps and QA teams
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, tooling, and development practices
