Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build the next generation of SaaS products that power how professionals work. You will design, build, and scale technology used by hundreds of thousands of professionals across the U.S. and work on a broad set of high-impact initiatives across our product ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience designing, building, and debugging large-scale, cloud-based applications
- Experience building production-grade applications with React, including reusable components, complex state management, and performance optimization
- Professional experience building and maintaining backend services using Ruby on Rails (or deep experience with a comparable MVC framework)
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles, software design patterns, and scalable architecture
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Experience working in Agile / Lean product development environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, productivity, or product capabilities
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
