We're seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team and help drive a culture where quality is a mindset. The ideal candidate has 4-7 years of experience in software quality engineering, preferably in SaaS or FinTech environments, and a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in software quality engineering, ideally in SaaS or FinTech environments
- Strong experience testing across UI and API layers, with solid understanding of REST APIs
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Qase, TestRail) and defect tracking systems
- Working knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for test automation
- Comfortable working in Linux/CLI environments and analyzing logs for troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices
- Experience with version control systems like Git (GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to mentor others and drive quality initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into customer impact
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
