Job Description
We're seeking a Part-Time Relationship Specialist to join our team at our branch location in New Haven, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for building member relationships, providing exceptional financial support and advice, and exceeding member goals and dreams.
Requirements
- Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales/customer service experience
- Technologically savvy, especially with self-service options
