Job Description
Affinity Petcare is seeking a Utilities Maintenance Leader to manage and maintain the utility systems and buildings at the Mantova plant. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards while optimizing energy consumption and supporting continuous improvement. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of utilities and facilities equipment.
- Ensure optimal performance of electrical distribution, steam boilers, compressors, HVAC, water, gas, air, and cold systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption and costs.
- Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
