The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the building is in accordance with all applicable building codes, ordinances, and regulations. This includes performing regular inspections, completing repairs, and maintaining a high standard of community cleanliness and curb appeal.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- 2+ years of experience in multi-family maintenance
- Possess your own hand tools
- General knowledge of various maintenance functions
- Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior, and integrity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and engage in cost/benefit analytical decision-making
