Job Description
The Corporate Administrator is responsible for a varied portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts, including the incorporation and/or registration of entities, and maintaining electronic minute books.
Requirements
- At least three years comprehensive corporate administration experience in a professional service (i.e., legal, finance) environment
- Proficiency in CORIS, CAP and REEFS with excellent relationship management skills and experience prioritizing and organizing a heavy workload
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
