Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Strategic Insights to join the Revenue team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to craft comprehensive narratives, and produce tools and solutions to scale data usage with Revenue. The role will involve optimizing decisions and execution, partnering with Strategic Alliances and Client Success Teams, creating business cases and insights, and scaling impact. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
- Understanding or a demonstrated aptitude to learn Python
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, including ability to operate in ambiguity and establishing analytical frameworks to apply to business problems
- Ability to communicate effectively, and craft compelling narratives to influence business and technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization, internally and externally
- Strong organization and execution skills, including ability to operate independently and drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously to drive business goals
- Prior track record in building successful cross-functional relationships with partners internally and externally
- Self-starter and a track record of successfully driving projects from end to end (from building strategy to implementation)
- Passion and drive to disrupt both the retail and lending industry for the better
