Job Description
Affirm is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Leader to drive efficiency, compliance, and customer experience globally. The role involves defining and executing a strategy for process excellence, training, localization, and knowledge management, as well as partnering with stakeholders to streamline workflows and empower learning. This leadership position supports both internal and external operations, scaling Affirm’s global customer and merchant support.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in process excellence, operations enablement, knowledge management, or localization.
- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project/program management, and change management.
- Deep background in regulated industries (financial services, fintech, or consumer lending preferred).
- Strong language skills in translation and localization.
- Exceptional influence and communication skills.
