Job Description
Affirm is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Technical Programs to oversee a team of Technical Program Managers and drive the successful execution of strategic programs in partnership with leaders in our Technology organization.
Requirements
- Lead and inspire a distributed team of Technical Program Managers
- Develop OKRs, priorities, and operational models
- Establish and execute robust prioritization of programs
- Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture within the team
- Partner with Product and Engineering to plan requirements, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
