Staff Product Manager, Affirm Bank

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest. We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end bank product: operationalizing a new bank charter within Affirm's ecosystem, launching the deposit product, driving loan originations through the bank entity, and ensuring seamless integration across Affirm's platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience
• Proven program leadership at scale
• Experience in banking, deposits, or lending
• Bank charter experience is strongly preferred
• Deposit product strategy experience is a strong plus
• Strong technical fluency
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Bias for action and intellectual curiosity
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
