Job Description
Africa Practice is a mission-led advocacy practice advising investors and development partners across the continent. The Associate Consultant, Growth & Marketing will be a dedicated marketing and business development support role, focused on maintaining the commercial foundations that enable Africa Practice to grow our client base and win material opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a dedicated commercial team member
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining essential commercial documents
- Ability to support integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to prioritise deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is highly desirable
- Digitally agile, with an understanding of how to use data and emerging tools to support marketing and business development goals
- Understanding of policy and advocacy work together to drive progress in key areas
- Curiosity about politics, policy and social change in Africa
- General understanding of the issues critical to Africa’s future
