Umweltplaner:in / Landschaftsplaner:in Fokus Objektplanung / Landschaftspflegerische Ausführungsplanung (Mensch*)

We are seeking an environmental planner / landscape planner with a focus on object planning / landscape execution planning for immediate hire. You will be responsible for the execution planning of projects in the environmental and landscape planning sector, creating tender documents and performance schedules with common programs such as iTWO or California. You will work closely with clients, authorities, and project partners to coordinate interfaces efficiently. Your expertise in environmental planning will be brought in to implement projects sustainably and economically successfully.

Requirements

• Experience in execution planning (HOAI performance phases 5-7)
• Experience in construction supervision and object management (performance phases 8 and 9)
• Knowledge of tender programs such as iTWO, California, or comparable tools
• Good German language skills in speech and writing
• Knowledge of environmental planning and natural conservation requirements
